Bob’s distinguished career as a teacher, varsity coach, principal, author, professor, and leadership consultant has led to many recognitions, including being named the Principal of the Year award in Rockford Public Schools, and the Most Distinguished Educator Award by the Diocese of Grand Rapids. Bob’s book, Learn to Lead with Love...a Field Guide to Building a Team with Heart, has been widely accepted by hundreds of educators and other leaders across West Michigan.
