It's back! Whether your first time, or if you are in need of a refresher, come see why you don't have to be a 1:1 classroom to regularly integrate technology and engage students. This session will teach you simple "Monday morning" strategies for how to make the most of whatever technology you have in your classroom.

How has popular culture, particularly social media, impacted the faith development of teenagers? This sectional will explore the impact of technology - both good and bad - on the faith lives of our students. Emphasis on what educators can do in their classrooms will also be discussed.

Research supports the benefits of taking student learning outdoors. We'll equip participants with resources to translate student learning experiences to your schoolyard classroom.

In our personal and professional activities, it can be easy to fall into two-dimensional thinking—setting up life as a series of either/or scenarios that find us waking up one day with a profound sense of longing for something more. What if the key to what we're after isn't best found in an either/or mentality, but rather by embracing the genius of the "and" for true flourishing? This session will invite and inspire you to consider Christian education and the Christian life from a different perspective—one that could transform your teaching and the work of your school.

Adoption is wonderful and hard and beautiful and ugly and a picture of God's relationship with us. As more families adopt, teachers welcome into their classrooms children who may come with luggage they may not recognize. Although Shanda Sprick is not an adoption expert or a social worker, she is an adoptive mom who wants to share her thoughts and ideas about how to show great love to adopted children in your classroom.
