Brain Breaks for the World Language and Immersion Classroom

Come learn over 20 different brain breaks that you can start using with your students next week. No tennis shoes required but come ready to move and have fun! This will be a hands on sectional in which we will be learning each brain break by doing it ourselves.

The presenter will start by giving a brief overview of what TPRS/CI is and a few strategies that work well in her classroom. Then please be ready to share: do you consider yourself a TPRS/CI teacher? Please consider sharing some teaching strategies that have been successful in your classroom (or sharing struggles and challenges are OK too!). Do you want to learn more about using comprehensible input in your world language classroom? Come and ask questions. Let's learn and grow together so we can better equip our students in their language acquisition journey.
