In this presentation, classroom-based and school-wide efforts to reduce mean behavior, including bullying, will be discussed. Research-based prevention and intervention techniques will be highlighted through the use of demonstrations, role-play, and video-clips. Strategies for enhancing pro-social behavior such as altruism, empathy, and inclusion will also be shared.
