This session the speaker will cover the concept of mentality training and Dr. Warners will give some practical ways for coaches and teachers to use with their teams and their students to help kids have the right mind set in order to succeed. She will address ways to help kids deal with pressure situations whether it be in competition or other daily life challenges.
